ACLJ Defends Missouri's Pro-Life Laws Against Planned Parenthood

After Missouri enacted a pro-life law banning nearly all abortions post-Dobbs, Planned Parenthood sued to block the law. In Comprehensive Health v. Missouri, a lower court sided with Planned Parenthood, but the Missouri Supreme Court reversed that ruling. Now, the ACLJ is joining Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to defend the law and stop Planned Parenthood's radical push to remove commonsense abortion safeguards under a vague constitutional amendment.
