The Repeal Vote
We have heard from more than 70,000 Americans who are demanding that ObamaCare be repealed.
This is a defining moment in the House of Representatives and reflects a critical first step in a multi-prong strategy to reject ObamaCare.
The stage was set for this repeal vote with last November's election. Most Americans understand the need for health care reform, but don't want a government run, pro-abortion health care law that was forced on the American people.
As we have indicated, the repeal vote in the House is the first step in a lengthy legislative process that ultimately could include defunding the law. That coupled with significant legal challenges puts the constitutionality of ObamaCare in jeopardy.
As you know, we have filed a lawsuit directly challenging ObamaCare in federal court in Washington, D.C. and we've filed amicus briefs in both the Florida and Virginia cases challenging the law.
The fact is that we remain confident that ObamaCare ultimately will be rejected - either legislatively or legally.
If you haven't done so yet, please add your name to our Petition to Repeal ObamaCare and join the more than 70,000 Americans who want something better.
