St Louis Review - Catholic Business Owner Asks Court for Injunction to Stop HHS Mandate

A pro-life legal organization has asked a federal court to block the HHS health care mandate from being enforced on a St. Louis business.
Late last month, the American Center for Law and Justice asked a federal court to grant a preliminary injunction to halt the enforcement of the HHS mandate, because it violates the religious beliefs of business owner Frank O'Brien, who is Catholic.
In March, the ALCJ filed suit on behalf of O'Brien and his company, O'Brien Industrial Holdings LLC, against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The suit challenges the requirement that employers purchase health insurance for their employees, which includes coverage for contraceptives, sterilizations and abortion-inducing drugs. . .
