They’re certainly piling up lawsuits. But whether that’s real momentum — or just a growing stack of legal briefs — remains to be seen. . .
Jay Sekulow, chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice, which is involved in two direct challenges, maintained that the opposition to the requirement is growing.
“You’re starting to see a building chorus of opposition to the mandate from a wide circle of organizations and institutions, and I think that’s just going to grow.”. .
