One News Now - High Court Urged to Reject ObamaCare

Spokesman Jordan Sekulow tells OneNewsNow 118 members of the U.S. House have signed on to a brief filed by the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) that urges the U.S. Supreme Court to conclude that a key provision of ObamaCare -- the individual mandate -- cannot be severed from the law, which means it should be declared unconstitutional.
"This is not a power that we want to have as Congress or the federal government that can force people through the individual mandate to basically do something we want or pay a penalty -- because it won't stop just with healthcare," the ACLJ attorney argues.
His firm is arguing that the individual mandate is the whole mechanism behind the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka ObamaCare), and those in the middle class will be the ones who pay the most if it goes into effect....
