ObamaCare ruled unconstitutional again!

Another federal judge has ruled ObamaCare unconstitutional because of the individual mandate which requires all Americans to purchase health insurance.

U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson in Virginia had previously ruled it was unconstitutional to require people to buy a product.

Now, Federal Judge Roger Vinson in Florida goes further, saying because this individual mandate cannot be severed from the law, the entire ObamaCare package must be considered void!

This is clearly the correct ruling, but President Obama and the Administration will not back down, so now is the time to keep the pressure on!

• ObamaCare opens the door for taxpayer-funded abortion (the largest expansion of government-sponsored abortion in history!).
• It puts the government in charge of 20% of the American economy.
• It will doubtless result in health care rationing.
• And it will resign the fate of the ill and elderly to death panels to decide whether they live or die.
