ObamaCare

The battle over health care comes down to this - President Obama is urging Congress to schedule a vote in the next couple of weeks to force through a flawed, pro-abortion health care plan - something that most Americans don't want and don't deserve.

In remarks from the White House, the President made it clear he wants his health care package - which clears the way for using federal funds for abortion - approved without delay.  And he wants Congress to use a legislative maneuver called 'reconciliation' - a tactic that ignores the will of the American people - a tactic that is one-sided and strictly partisan.

But the President said something else - he called on the American people to speak out: "I urge every American to make their voice heard."  That's exactly what we're doing at the American Center for Law and Justice.  We're giving you an opportunity to tell the President and Congress that this health care plan is unacceptable.

Tell the President NO to reconciliation - NO to abortion funding for health care - NO to government-run programs.  The sense of urgency could not be greater.  And the time to act - right now - before a vote is scheduled.

The fact is your voice can make a difference.  We can stop this in Congress.  There are still many House members who are undecided.  We need to turn those into NO votes.  We can put the brakes on this fast-track legislative tactic.  But we need your help.

Send a powerful message to the President and Congress.   Sign on to our petition today.  Tell the President and Congress NO to a dangerous health care plan that funds abortion and is not in the best interest of the American people.
