Jay Discusses Latest ObamaCare Case

By ACLJ.org1434122648336

Earlier this week, ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow visited America’s Newsroom on Fox News to discuss the latest ObamaCare Supreme Court case with Bill Hemmer.

The Supreme Court will issue its ruling in King v. Burwell any day now. The case centers around an IRS regulation that unilaterally and unconstitutionally rewrites ObamaCare without the consent and authorization of Congress.

Watch the clip below to hear Jay discuss this important case that could cripple ObamaCare in addition to how President Obama is yet again waging a public, political campaign against the Supreme Court to try to bully the Court into siding with the Obama Administration.

The ACLJ continues to fight for the Constitution against unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats. We filed an amicus brief in this important case.
