Health Care Decision Time - Make Your Voice Heard

All eyes are on Capitol Hill today as the House moves toward an up-or-down vote on the pro-abortion Senate health care bill.

I want to thank the thousands of you who are standing with us.  We saw an important victory yesterday when the House Rules Committee decided to abandon plans to use the legislative trick known as 'deem and pass' - a tactic to force the health care bill through without members actually voting on the bill itself.  Thanks to your involvement and opposition - that is not going to happen.

What is going to happen, though, is an up-or-down vote directly on the pro-abortion bill itself.  That's right, each member of the House will have to make a public vote - whether to support or oppose this dangerous measure.  There will be accountability.  And, we know that there is tremendous pressure being applied from the President and the House leadership to try and get the 216 votes needed for passage.

This is the time to act.  Stand with us.  Sign on our petition - and demand members of Congress - including the pro-life Democrats - vote NO on this government-run, pro-abortion package.
