The ACLJ—having already forced this same complex to allow a Bible study a few years ago—has issued a 24-hour demand letter, reminding them that the Fair Housing Act and First Amendment forbid such discrimination wherever secular decorations are permitted. If the order isn’t reversed immediately, the ACLJ will sue and is urging supporters to sign its “Defeat the War on Christians” petition.
