Vice President Kamala Harris and several other House Representatives and U.S. Senators plan to boycott Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to the joint session of Congress today – snubbing America’s greatest ally. That’s right: Instead of leading bipartisan support on Capitol Hill during Netanyahu’s speech, VP Harris will attend the Zeta Phi Beta Grand Boule in Indianapolis.

Chaos is already ensuing as thousands of pro-Hamas protesters are at the Capitol condemning the Israeli PM’s attempt to solidify U.S. support for Israel. Yesterday approximately 200 protesters broke into the Capitol Rotunda and were arrested. And in one sickening display, maggots and crickets were released in the Watergate Hotel, where Netanyahu is staying.

“Squad” members such as Representatives Rashida Tlaib (MI-12) and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (NY-14) are among the boycotters of today’s congressional address. Unsurprisingly, they are also promoting anti-Israel propaganda on social media. For example, AOC posted:

It is a dark day in US history when an authoritarian with warrant requests from the International Criminal Court is allowed to address a joint session of Congress.
40k Palestinians are dead.
Hostages aren’t home.
Netanyahu is a war criminal.
I will be boycotting his address.

It’s no surprise that “Squad” members are acting this way. Yet I wish the Vice President, as the newly anointed Democrat nominee, would use this unique opportunity to showcase leadership. Clearly, the sorority meeting is more important to Harris than a major speech in Congress – a good leader would have found a way to attend both.

However, even if the Biden-Harris Administration refuses to support Israel, the ACLJ will. In a major move, the ICC (International Criminal Court), which outrageously went rogue and sought an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, granted the ACLJ’s request to file an amicus brief before the ICC in defense of Israel. We will file the brief in days, and it could be the most important legal action the ACLJ has ever taken to defend Israel.

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who debated Harris on the 2020 presidential debate stage, joined Sekulow to explain Harris’ record as Senator and Vice President:

[Harris’] record in Congress . . . as a member of the Judiciary Committee, she defied the Constitution, essentially implementing a religious test when it came to a number of different judicial nominees that Trump brought forward, basically saying that they were not qualified because they were too religious or too Catholic or happened to be members of the Knights of Columbus. And then you look at the last three and a half years with her record as Vice President, whether it comes to border security, when it comes to the radical woke ideology of inflicting this trans agenda on our children, or when it comes to foreign policy. In each of these examples, Kamala Harris has shown that she is incapable and unqualified to be President.

Tulsi also might have delivered the knockout blow to Harris’ 2020 presidential campaign on the debate stage. Who can forget when Tulsi pointed out Harris’ hypocrisy in laughing about smoking marijuana, though she imprisoned 1,500 people in California for marijuana possession while she was Attorney General of California? But I doubt the media hold Harris responsible for the blatant hypocrisy in her political career.

The election campaign is in full swing, and President Trump is still embroiled in Deep State lawfare. New York AG Letitia James is unlawfully going after Trump for $350 million. The ACLJ filed a major amicus brief in the New York appellate court arguing that the civil action she brought against Trump was an unconstitutional act of retaliation for his First Amendment activity. Thus, the $350 million judgment should be reversed.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included a full analysis of VP Harris’ disgraceful decision to skip Israeli PM Netanyahu’s joint Congress address.
