Over 10,000 Pastors and Leaders in Brazil Pray for Pastor Saeed Abedini’s Release
The Brazilian Center for Law & Justice continues to fight for the release of Pastor Saeed Abedini who was imprisoned in Iran for his Christian faith. Earlier this month, Pastor Saeed was taken to a deadly new prison, now surrounded by murderers and rapists. In this type of prison, prisoners are taken to be murdered by fellow inmates or disappear from public light.
On November 6th, at the Pastors and Leadership Conference called ESLAVEC in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, I along with Pastor Silmar Coelho, Pastor Silas Malafaia and Pastor Jabes de Alencar promoted a prayer for the release of Pastor Saeed. Dr. Coelho led the prayer along with more than 10,000 pastors and leaders at the Convention Center in Fortaleza. It was a great movement of God where all 10,000 pastors were in agreement with the release of Saeed.

The CBLJ also distributed one hundred T-shirts that said “Saeed Save” for pastors and singers to use during the prayer. It was beautiful to see how people got involved on behalf of Saeed. They did not only use the t-shirt during the prayer, but several days of the congress.
Below is a pictures of the prayer event and Dr. Silmar Coelho praying for Pastor Saeed.

We believe in the power of prayer and that God can do a miracle through the prayer of the righteous.
