The American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) is encouraged that developers of the "Ground Zero" mosque have admitted in court that "money issues" are preventing them from moving forward with demolition or construction on the site.
The New York Supreme Court recently rejected the ACLJ's motion for a temporary restraining order to prevent developers of the controversial mosque project from moving forward with any demolition or alteration of the site. The conservative firm represents Tim Brown, a New York City firefighter and first responder who survived the collapse of the Twin Towers but lost nearly 100 of his friends on September 11, 2001.
