News Coverage - ACLJ Challenging Ground Zero Mosque

The American Center for Law and Justice is front and center in challenging a decision by a New York City panel that bolsters efforts to build an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero - at a site where thousands of Americans were murdered by Islamic terrorists in the 9-11 attacks.

The ACLJ represents Tim Brown, a NYC firefighter and first responder, who survived the attacks but lost 100 friends in the attack.

The ACLJ believes, as a growing number of New Yorkers and Americans, that Ground Zero is not the place to build the mosque. The ACLJ is challenging the NYC decision and has filed a lawsuit in New York.
