Yesterday, we detailed irregularities at the FBI and the newly reported counterintelligence investigation of President Trump. Now, new revelations have been brought to light that the FBI’s former General Counsel may be under criminal investigation for leaking.

Today on the broadcast we discussed James Baker, former General Counsel for the FBI under then-Director Comey, reportedly stating through his attorney during congressional testimony that he is currently under a federal criminal investigation.

At the ACLJ, we have experience with these kinds of FBI investigative irregularities.

We’ve taken the FBI to court to obtain evidence when they hid key information from the American public about potential corruption at both the DOJ and FBI. We now know James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and James Baker were all involved. Now, all of those individuals no longer work at the FBI – either fired or resigned.

Next week, we’re back in court against the FBI Deep State, and we’re preparing a major appeal in our case to force the FBI to actually comply with the law.

As we said yesterday, it’s a sad commentary when you can’t trust the FBI to follow the rule of law. Senator Lindsey Graham said it best when he told Attorney General nominee William Barr at his confirmation hearing, “we’re relying on you to clean this place up.”
