Hold Walz Accountable for Fraud

The ACLJ just filed five separate Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Minnesota Government Data Practices Act requests at both the federal and state levels. These requests target (then Biden's) HHS, the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, the Governor's Office, and other agencies connected to these grants.

These FOIAs will answer questions pertaining to the fake daycares, empty autism centers, and sham child learning centers that didn't exist but billed the government anyway. Billions meant for vulnerable families and seniors vanished while Governor Tim Walz looked the other way for years.

The goal is simple: sunlight. Take action with us and hold those responsible for the Somali fraud scandal accountable.
