FBI Probe To Expose Supreme Court Leak

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino announced that the FBI would be launching an investigation into the Dobbs leak that occurred before the U.S. Supreme Court announced its decision in 2022. The FBI is also going to launch a probe into other unsolved cases, such as the cocaine found at the Biden White House in 2023 and the 2021 pipe bomb case.
To be honest, the news today wasn’t even on the ACLJ’s radar. However, the Trump Administration and FBI Director Kash Patel are clearly determined to close cases that were left unresolved. They want to rehabilitate the FBI’s image, which was severely tarnished during the Biden Administration (e.g., targeting pro-lifers and Christians).
As I’m sure you remember, the Supreme Court’s draft decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and return the issue of abortion to the states was leaked to Politico about six weeks before the final decision came down from the high Court on June 24, 2022. After an internal investigation, no one was found guilty of the leak that stirred up the far Left into a frenzy.
The FBI – and the ACLJ – just want answers. More than likely, no criminal charges will be filed. It’s a gray area legally, but we still want to know what happened so we can prevent it from repeating. Someone should be held accountable, if at all possible.
Don’t forget the vulnerability of the Supreme Court during that time. Death threats began circulating against the conservative Justices. Most disturbingly, a man carrying a gun and knife was arrested outside Justice Kavanaugh’s home on June 8, 2022, roughly two weeks before the decision.
Far-Left politicians also put pressure on the Justices. As early as 2020, Senator Chuck Schumer (NY) notoriously threatened the Supreme Court: “I want to tell you Gorsuch. I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.” Schumer was referencing a Louisiana case involving abortion and made sure the Justices knew of pending consequences if Roe was overturned.
The new DOJ is under a microscope right now. So far, under Attorney General Pam Bondi, it has taken some publicity hits by overpromising on the Epstein list and JFK assassination files and delivering middling results. Yet finding out the source of the Supreme Court leak should be an attainable goal for the FBI.
We hope the FBI can reset its image by resolving these cold cases and restoring transparency to the DOJ. The country must regain its faith in the Justice Department.
The ACLJ still has several ongoing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests pending against the FBI. As alluded to earlier, the FBI’s image took a major hit after the news broke that the Deep State FBI was targeting conservative parents at school board meetings and pro-lifers. The ACLJ found out this shocking news firsthand after FBI whistleblowers exposed the Deep State corruption.
The Deep State FBI retaliated against the brave whistleblowers, revoking their security clearances and keeping them from being paid or seeking employment elsewhere. We have won on behalf of one FBI whistleblower, but our defense of FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle is ongoing. We won’t stop until justice is served.
We hope that the current DOJ will help expedite the ACLJ’s pending FOIAs against the FBI and DOJ. We will also make sure that no further constitutional violations occur under the current Justice Department.
