FBI Caught Spying on Kash Patel and Susie Wiles

It’s another bombshell out of Washington, D.C., as we’ve now learned that the Biden Deep State spied on our current FBI Director Kash Patel and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles (while both were private citizens), secretly obtaining their phone records, and other intelligence, as part of former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s Arctic Frost probe investigation into President Donald Trump.

Two years on, and we’re still discovering new acts of corruption by the Biden Administration.

As reported by Fox News:

The FBI subpoenaed Kash Patel and Susie Wiles’ phone records in 2022 and 2023, when both were private citizens, as part of a federal probe into then former President Donald Trump, Fox News has confirmed.

Patel is the current FBI director, and Wiles is White House chief of staff.

At least 10 FBI employees were also fired Wednesday, Fox News was told. Names were not given due to privacy reasons, with the FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) later criticizing the firings.

“The FBIAA condemns today’s unlawful termination of FBI Special Agents, which—like other firings by Director Patel—violates the due process rights of those who risk their lives to protect our country,” the organization said in a statement.

“These actions weaken the Bureau by stripping away critical expertise and destabilizing the workforce, undermining trust in leadership and jeopardizing the Bureau’s ability to meet its recruitment goals—ultimately putting the nation at greater risk.”

Reuters first disclosed the subpoenas, which were issued during the Biden administration, while special counsel Jack Smith was investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Smith ended up charging Trump in 2023 with multiple felony offenses related to alleged efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 election and Trump’s handling of the documents after he left office.

A federal judge later dismissed the election interference case after Smith moved to drop it following Trump’s re-election, citing a Justice Department policy against prosecuting a sitting president.

So a newly surfaced report has revealed that during Jack Smith’s investigation back in 2022 and 2023, President Biden’s FBI obtained the phone records of Kash Patel and Susie Wiles – both of whom were merely private citizens at the time. Let me reiterate that – the Biden Administration spied on two Americans who weren’t even part of the government at the time. And don’t kid yourself; that means they’d likely have had no problem spying on you, me, or any other ordinary citizen.

We already knew that U.S. Senators’ phone records had been subpoenaed during that probe. As we reported, we submitted an urgent FOIA request on behalf of six U.S. Senators who were surveilled by the FBI, demanding records pertaining to those subpoenas.

But now we know the Deep State didn’t stop with phone records. We’re now learning that Smith’s nefarious investigation went even further, snatching up toll records, subpoenas, and even a recorded phone call between Susie Wiles and her attorney. And what’s really troubling about that last tidbit is that the attorney in question reportedly knew the call was being recorded, and yet Susie Wiles – HIS CLIENT on the other end of the line – did not.

That alone raises serious questions about attorney-client privilege, ethics, and how aggressively the Bureau was operating during that period, and who they were weaponizing to accomplish their goals.

And then there’s the report that the Patel and Wiles files were allegedly discovered in folders labeled “Prohibited.” In other words, someone tried to bury them, most likely to keep from drawing unwanted attention, which could trigger an internal review. Not something you want when you’re skirting the rules to accomplish a plan.

Think about the timing here. Kash Patel has been the FBI Director for over a year. Susie Wiles has been the Chief of Staff for over a year. And this information is just now surfacing. That’s how thoroughly the Deep State agents attempted to conceal the paper trail.

I think I can speak for most Americans by saying we are tired of this corruption. The American people want transparency. We demand it. We’re paying these people and trusting that they’re using our tax money to keep our country fair and safe. What we’re really sick of is continually finding out that federal law enforcement has been wasting time and resources in the name of playing politics.

Today’s Sekulow broadcast included more discussion of this latest revelation that under President Joe Biden, the Deep State FBI spied on the man who would become their boss. We were also joined by ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs Mike Pompeo to discuss the meetings happening between the U.S. and Iran, and the Secretary’s concerns that Iran will never agree to our terms.
