The radical Left is not only inviting election fraud through careless, on-the-ground actions … it’s swinging the door wide open to it — and, with it, a socialist takeover. If we cannot trust our elections, our entire constitutional republic crumbles. Elections are the cornerstone of our system. And right now, they are under assault.

Thankfully, the ACLJ is fighting back:

  • The U.S. Supreme Court will hear Republican National Committee v. Mi Familia Vota — a major case to be heard this fall about Arizona’s proof-of-citizenship voter ID law and a direct fight over whether states can verify that only U.S. citizens are voting. We’ve filed a critical amicus brief supporting the Arizona law. A strong ruling from the Justices could empower states nationwide to enforce citizenship safeguards.

  • We’ve filed a lawsuit representing the American Accountability Foundation against the city of Cheverly, Maryland, for hiding records about a “noncitizen” voter registry. Apparently, the town created a parallel voter registry for noncitizens to vote in local elections, and now they’re trying to conceal it. The ACLJ will get to the bottom of it.

  • California state officials have admitted in writing that they don’t track key information about noncitizens on the voter rolls nor maintain clear records showing how illegal-voting complaints are handled. The ACLJ’s FOIA request exposed this negligence. Now we’re pressing for additional documents to continue our investigation.

Please help force transparency and expose fraud by making a generous donation to the ACLJ today. Stand in the gap for voters
