ACLJ Demands Transparency on California's Voter Rolls and Noncitizen Registration Description: Under the California Public Records Act (CPRA), The ACLJ has filed record requests demanding answers from California on voter roll integrity. Our requests pertain to how many noncitizens were found on the voter rolls, what the state is actually doing to keep those rolls clean, how officials are handling voter fraud complaints, and what's happened to investigations into illegal voting. California owes voters transparency.
