Yesterday, we told you how the left is desperately trying to concoct radical new ways to shift the balance of power in their favor.

On today’s show, we discussed the new plan for 2020 by the Left, which is retake the majority in the Senate and the White House – and then pack the Supreme Court. Preferably with left-leaning justices.

Democratic hopefuls like Beto O’Rourke have suggested increasing the number of seats to as many as 15. Five Republican picks, five by Democrats, and then an additional five new so-called independent justices chosen by the existing sitting justices.

I call this nonsense.

The Left seems to be rolling out a two-pronged approach which is retake the presidency and expand the number of seats on the Supreme Court, but also preserve as many seats on the current judiciary as possible for their next liberal President, which is why they’re trying to stonewall and block President Trump’s nominees.

Republican lawmakers are introducing a constitutional amendment to keep the Supreme Court at 9 justices. Senator Marco Rubio is introducing the bill to, as he stated: "To prevent the delegitimizing of the Supreme Court.”

Make no mistake, if President Trump suggested this plan, he would face immediate criticism, not only by the Left – the same candidates currently suggesting it, so long as it suits their needs – but by Republicans as well, because it’s simply a bad idea.

But President Trump made it clear he wouldn’t entertain the idea of increasing the number of Supreme Court seats, dismissing it as an attempt by Democrats to “try to catch up.”
