Fighting for Election Integrity

By Jay Sekulow1480449638790

The United States Constitution has provided the fundamental framework for free and fair elections that have allowed peaceful transitions of power for all the world to see how truly exceptional America is.

Now, in the aftermath of the 2016 election, leftist agitators are pulling out every trick in the book to try to undermine our republic and create constitutional crises where none exist.

We’re not going to let them. I’ve successfully argued before the Supreme Court of the United States to safeguard the constitutional protections for every citizen and the integrity of our elections.

And now, the ACLJ is quickly moving to mobilize a team of attorneys to ensure these leftist agitators don’t undermine the results of the 2016 presidential election process. Just because you don’t like the results doesn’t mean you get to undermine our republic, our Constitution, and our rule of law.

We’re monitoring the recount in Wisconsin. But as these activists file suit in Pennsylvania and urge Pennsylvanians to file affidavits at individual election districts to initiate recounts based on supposed errors that election experts and even Pennsylvania’s Democrat Secretary of State admit don’t exist, we’re sending an emergency legal letter to the Pennsylvania Bureau of Commissions, Elections and Legislation to ensure every law and procedure is followed.

We must stand athwart any shenanigans intended to undermine our system of government.

As our letter states:

To avoid a constitutional crisis and maintain the integrity of elections, state election laws must be carefully followed. As a law firm defending the Constitution and advocating for free and fair elections for decades, we urge you to ensure that the law is followed and avoid the tumult and frenzy of political activists striving to undermine the legitimacy of our electoral process and the peaceful transition of power. We will continue monitoring the latest developments in Pennsylvania courts and in each election district to ensure compliance with the law, that the Constitution is protected, and that our elections remain free and fair for the entire world to see.

We will be monitoring the developments in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan to ensure every state law and regulation is followed, the Constitution is protected, and the integrity of our elections is maintained.
