BREAKING: Planned Parenthood Launches Barrage of Lawsuits

The ACLJ has been asked by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to help defend pro-life laws against a barrage of lawsuits from Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry. Following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, Missouri enacted a pro-life “trigger law” banning nearly all abortions (with basic exceptions for the life of the mother).
