Today, the ACLJ is arguing before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals that Carbondale, Illinois pulled Brandon Hamman's pro-life signs not over traffic safety, but to silence his message. On April 16, 2025, minutes after he set up signs reading "Love Your Preborn Neighbor as Yourself" on public property, city officials and police descended and ordered them removed.
