New FOIA records obtained by the ACLJ reveal that 1 in 4 people on Cheverly, Maryland’s noncitizen voter registry appear to have voted in at least one federal election. That means either noncitizens are illegally voting in federal elections, or election officials are failing at the most basic level of voter roll maintenance.
