What happens when enemy combatants get
full constitutional protection in civilian courts?
America says, Welcome, terrorists!

It is a slap in the face of every United States citizen. President Obama has ordered his Attorney General to try terrorists in U.S. civilian courts rather than military tribunals. This will afford defendants the full protection of the constitutional system never intended to apply to enemy combatants in wartime. Terrorists will actually have more rights and privileges in these trials than our own soldiers have in a court-martial!

Give generously right now to empower our crucial work to keep terrorists out of civilian courts. And with your support today, we will also act as your voice, calling on the President and the United Nations to take firm action against Iran in response to their troubling move to develop nuclear weapons.

Help us support passage of legislation moving terrorist trials back under the jurisdiction of the military and continue all of the crucial work of the ACLJ.
