MAKE A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTION
In order to protect freedom and recognize the important role that faith plays in our nation's culture and heritages, we MUST push to get this critical legislation passed.
If this task is not accomplished then the Federal tax law will continue to prevent religious leaders from exercising their constitutionally protected right to free speech. The IRS is closely monitoring the speech and actions of such leaders and groups to determine whether or not they can keep their tax-exempt status.
This intimidating ''speech policing'' by the IRS does not include non-religious non-profits such as Labor Unions who are free to endorse candidates. However, if non-profit groups or preachers were to endorse a candidate then the IRS would take away their tax-exempt status!
Please consider making a generous donation to the ACLJ today to keep religious speech free from the audits of the IRS.
