Even in the face of overwhelmingly clear public disapproval, Mayor Bloomberg and New York City officials are moving forward with plans to build a multi-million-dollar Islamic mosque at Ground Zero.

So the ACLJ is working on your behalf every step of the way. While we continue all of our crucial efforts to STOP THE MOSQUE FROM BEING BUILT, were intensifying the legal fight: filing our amended lawsuit at the New York Supreme Court.

• Were representing Tim Brown, a New York City firefighter and first responder who survived the Twin Towers collapse but lost nearly 100 friends on 9/11.
• Were amending our lawsuit, focusing on the fact that the mosque developers do not even own the entire proposed site and, therefore, do not possess the legal right to proceed with demolition or construction.
