Stop Pro-Abortion Health Care

President Obamas beloved health care reform law fails the American people on numerous levels. A government-run program that funds abortions and forces Americans to buy insurance violates the U.S. Constitution. But thats not all.

The Obama Administration is actually playing favorites in the form of health care waivers exempting 30 high-profile companies and organizations from having to follow the health care law. The biggest beneficiary of the Obama exemption? A New York City teachers union one of the Presidents key political backers that supported the health care bill.

The ACLJ wont let the Obama Administration play favorites and were fighting the new health care reform law directly in court. Weve filed our own federal lawsuit (Mead v. Holder), and were backing legal challenges by Virginia and Florida. Were preparing to fight this issue all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States if necessary.
