We live in a culture dominated by media and entertainment. While that can be distracting and sometimes even dangerous, both can also be effective tools in defending and upholding the values we hold dear.

The problem is that Hollywood and the mainstream media don’t share those values. In fact, their values are the polar opposite of the ones we hold dear.

This year, the ACLJ took a bold step and embarked on a new, creative project unlike anything we’ve ever done before, to expand our mission to promote faith, freedom, and liberty for all, while celebrating the blessed Christmas season.

We’re proud to announce the release of our first ever full-length feature film, the heartwarming Christmas comedy, Jingle Smells.

This film falls right in line with the values and higher purpose of the ACLJ. We’re sending Hollywood a message: that quality, family-friendly films with a message have an audience that they’ve been overlooking for far too long. In celebration of that independent film spirit, we’ve partnered with the internet platform Rumble, a champion of free expression, to premiere Jingle Smells on Thanksgiving Day.

Jingle Smells tells the story of Nick Gutman, a young war vet who's come back home to a small town in New Mexico, changed forever from his experience during the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan.

After a few scrapes with the law, troubled Nick Gutman is given an ultimatum by his father, who also happens to be the local Chief of Police: go to work with his dad’s old war buddies, who now run their own trash collection company, or go back to jail.

Just before Christmas, this quirky crew is tasked with a secretive mission which they soon discover is destroying perfectly good toys that have been yanked from store shelves after the movie star they’re based on gets "canceled" by the internet and Hollywood.

Nick, being down on his luck, sees these suddenly priceless collectibles as his ticket out of the trash. Until a chance encounter with a less-fortunate kid opens Nick's eyes and touches his heart. Nick embarks on a daring and hilarious Robin Hood-style adventure, as a mythic holiday hero called "Jingle Smells!"

With a healthy combination of belly laughs and heartwarming moments, Jingle Smells embraces the true spirit of family, faith, patriotism, and supporting our vets, while poking fun at out of control cancel culture and internet hysteria.

From ACLJ Films and Executive Producer Sean Hannity, Jingle Smells stars John Schneider (The Dukes of Hazzard, Smallville), Academy Award nominated actor Eric Roberts (The Dark Knight), and Ben Davies (Courageous) and features the hilarious talents of Saturday Night Live alums Victoria Jackson and Jim Breuer. And you might even spot a few familiar ACLJ faces, including an appearance by The Jay Sekulow Band.

This Thanksgiving, after you’ve had turkey and played football in the yard, gather the kids and grandparents alike and enjoy our fun family comedy with a powerful message – to find strength in Christ during the Holiday season.
