Today, we will file an amicus brief with the Supreme Court of the United States in the case of Free Speech Coalition v. Holder, arguing AGAINST a group of producers and distributors of pornography and FOR the constitutional protection of minors.

Its absolutely clear: Age verification and record-keeping requirements imposed by law on the pornography industry pose no threat to the First Amendment! They serve the compelling government interest of eradicating child pornography by ensuring that pornography producers do not create or publish sexually explicit material using minors.
