MAKE A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTION

Supreme Court Deadline: March 1

If left unchallenged, Summum and other groups could alter the landscape of Americas cities and towns by forcing local governments to remove long-standing patriotic, religious, and historical displays in order to comply with a twisted interpretation of the First Amendment. This absurd but shockingly real "Statue of Tyranny" case could mean YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH CURTAILED.

The ACLJ will not rest. We will urge the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States to hear this case. We will argue strongly that the Summum argument turns free speech and equal access on its head and would ultimately compel local governments to display privately-owned monuments of any kind a move not only wrong, but also unconstitutional.

We need every member of the ACLJ to stand with us in prayer and generous giving as we fight for the preservation of your free speech and continue all of our legal and legislative efforts around the nation. Thank you!

A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
