Stop the Ground Zero Mosque:
Amended Lawsuit Filed Today
Mayor Bloomberg and New York City officials are moving forward with plans to build a multi-million-dollar Islamic mosque at Ground Zero.
So the ACLJ is moving forward, too: filing an amended lawsuit TODAY at the New York Supreme Court ... intensitying the legal fight to STOP THE MOSQUE FROM BEING BUILT.
- In Brown v. NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, were representing Tim Brown, a New York City firefighter and first responder who survived the Twin Towers collapse but lost nearly 100 friends on 9/11.
- Weve amended our lawsuit, naming the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), Mayor Bloomberg, and others.
Help us take an aggressive LEGAL STAND at the New York Supreme Court. Please give a generous tax-deductible contribution to help us stop the Ground Zero mosque from being built on sacred ground!
A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
