A U.S. District Court judge in California bowed to the pressure of the ACLU - ordering the City of San Diego to remove a cross from Mount Soledad. Now, the city has decided to fight back! They have agreed to pursue all avenues of appeal ... and the ACLJ (with your help) wants to help them win! The cross in question has been part of the city's landscape since the early 1900s and marks a memorial to fallen soldiers who fought for our freedoms ... heroes who deserve to be honored and respected. We cannot sit back and allow the ACLU to win this battle! If they do, no cross - or other religious symbol - will be safe.
