Stop Playing Games

Its been several days since Massachusetts voters elected Scott Brown to the U.S. Senate. The Senator-elect says hes ready to get down to work including tackling health care reform. But theres a problem. He hasnt been seated yet; and according to the office of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, he wont be sworn in until his victory is certified a process that could take weeks.

Whats the hold-up? Its pretty clear: Sen. Reid and his friends in Congress dont want a new Republican Senator to hold up their plans to ram health care legislation through. Its time for Harry Reid to quit playing the delay game and seat Senator-elect Brown now.

Stand with the ACLJ and demand action. Senator-elect Brown needs to be on the job now as the Democrat-controlled Congress continues trying to manipulate the process and force-feed health care legislation to an American public that clearly doesnt want it. Thank you!
