Standing with Arizona ... and YOU ... at the
Supreme Court of the United States
Amicus Brief Deadline Today

It's a crucial case at the Supreme Court of the United States, and it may decide your ability to protect yourself and your family ... so the ACLJ is keeping pace, filing our amicus brief TODAY in Chamber of Commerce v. Whiting - standing with Arizona against illegal immigration.

  • Chamber of Commerce v. Whiting:
The Supreme Court of the United States has accepted for review a case challenging an Arizona statute imposing sanctions on employers who knowingly hire immigrants not authorized to work in the United States. Arizona has every constitutional right to enact laws against illegal immigration. TODAY, the ACLJ must file its amicus brief at the Supreme Court in support of Arizona's right to protect its people.

  • Meanwhile, in federal court ... United States v. Arizona:
The U.S. Department of Justice is challenging an Arizona law on illegal immigration, this one enabling police officers engaged in a lawful stop, detention, or arrest to confirm a person's legal status when reasonable suspicion exists that the person is in the country illegally. The ACLJ has filed an amicus brief in federal court representing 81 Members of Congress and our Committee to Defend Arizona's Borders.

Help us pursue these crucial cases with your tax-deductible contribution today - while we continue all of our work in support of life and liberty across the country.

A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
