Repeal ObamaCare

ObamaCare encroaches on your personal liberty not only by requiring you to buy health insurance, but also by forcing you to pay for abortions with your tax dollars.

Thankfully one of the first acts of the 112th Congress will be to vote to repeal ObamaCare in the U.S. House of Representatives and the vote is scheduled for this Wednesday, January 12.

ObamaCare was forced on the American people and needs to go.

Our Government Affairs team is working with the new Congress to repeal the most expensive government takeover of our health care system that will cause the greatest expansion of abortion since Roe v. Wade, all using taxpayer dollars.

And were not stopping there. We've also filed a federal lawsuit, Mead v. Holder, Case 1:10-CV-00950, to have this law declared unconstitutional, and we're backing legal challenges out of Virginia, Florida and other cases. These are expensive battles that could end up before the Supreme Court. And we must be ready.
