The ACLJs amicus brief is due WEDNESDAY in Freedom From Religion Foundation v. Hanover School Districts, currently at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. We are filing on behalf of Members of Congress and our Committee to Protect Under God defending the words under God in the Pledge and answering the legally flawed strategy to purge all religious references from American public life.

The Pledge and the phrase one nation under God should not pose a constitutional crisis.
