Political Correctness vs. the Constitution
The battle over Arizonas immigration policy heats up

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is threatening to file a lawsuit against Arizona for enforcing their own immigration policy ... for attempting to defend their state borders from the drug wars taking place. On top of that, the United Nations has also stepped in saying Arizonas new immigration policy is violating international law.

Its simple: The debate boils down to political correctness versus the Constitution. And absolutely NO provision of the Constitution is being violated by Arizonas immigration policy.

At the ACLJ:

  • Our United Nations team and our litigation team are aggressively involved.
  • We are preparing the necessary legal research and briefs in support of the state of Arizona.

But we need your faithful support. Stand with us today ... speak out to protect this bold immigration policy ... and help us keep the Constitution from being watered down by political correctness. Thank you!

A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
