The American Center for Law and Justice is going back before the Supreme Court of the United States to battle the abortion industry and judicial activism. Two years ago, we won a RICO lawsuit brought by the pro-abortion National Organization for Women against pro-life activist leaders and organizations. Now, we have been forced to file a petition asking the Supreme Court to overturn a lower courts decision to resuscitate the issue.
