MAKE A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE CONTRIBUTION

Liberty on the line!

A Ten Commandments monument, donated to Pleasant Grove City in Utah, is the target of the organization Summum and the latest in a long line of attacks on your religious liberties and the right to publicly display the Ten Commandments in this country. Summum is demanding the right to erect an adjacent monument with a competing message based on their organizations Seven Aphorisms, which they regard as higher knowledge.

The ACLJ is representing Pleasant Grove City, arguing that governments dont have an obligation to represent every point of view. If they did, wed have a Statue of Tyranny in New York Harbor! Now, more than ever before, liberty is on the line and vigilance is required. Freedom of speech, religious liberty, and the legacy we leave to our children and grandchildren hang in the balance. Help us fight this case, all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States if necessary! Stand with the ACLJ in this pivotal hour by giving a generous gift of support.

A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
A powerful new 2026 tax break means you can deduct up to $1,000 ($2,000 for couples) even without itemizing—don’t miss this chance to make your gift go further. Not tax advice; please consult your tax advisor.
