Oral arguments will be heard today before the Justices of the Supreme Court in the ACLJs critical First Amendment case, Pleasant Grove v. Summum. This case is a must-win otherwise, cities would be forced to dismantle long-standing patriotic and historical displays or erect monuments representing opposing viewpoints. Americas landscape would be radically altered.
