Hearing today!
Injunction against development of
Ground Zero Mosque

Have New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the City Department of Buildings been involved in inappropriate dealings with the developers of the proposed Ground Zero Mosque?

The Mayors office delivered just a portion of the documents the ACLJ requested under the Freedom of Information Law a disturbing pattern of stonewalling, says ACLJ Counsel Brett Joshpe, in whats clearly been a politically tainted process from day one.

In Brown v. NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, were representing Tim Brown, a New York City firefighter and first responder who survived the Twin Towers collapse but lost nearly 100 friends on 9/11.

And TODAY we have a crucial hearing to enjoin the developers from any demolition or construction at the site. Were also asking the court to compel discovery so we can see what, if anything, the Mayors office is hiding.

Please help. This case is a major expense requiring significant amounts of time and expertise ... but its crucial that we prevent the raising of an Islamic mosque near the site where radical Islam murdered so many Americans.
