We've got 24 hours to answer the bullying tactics and outrageous claims by Planned Parenthood of Kansas. And make no mistake, we're taking them to task, all the way to the Kansas Supreme Court.

As former Attorney General Phill Kline determined, there is probable cause to believe that Planned Parenthood has committed crimes against Kansas law. Considering the millions of taxpayer dollars that are poured into Planned Parenthood each year, we must determine whether public money is funding an organization engaged in blatantly illegal activity. Now, they are firing back, attempting to suppress evidence and hold Kline in contempt.
