First, an atheist organization got its way. The National Day of Prayer was ruled unconstitutional.

Then, under pressure from The Military Religious Freedom Foundation, the U.S. Army rescinded an invitation for Franklin Graham to speak at the Pentagon for a National Day of Prayer service because hes too exclusive in his beliefs as a Christian.

So now, the ACLJ is aggressively fighting back preparing to file an amicus brief at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals representing 50 Members of Congress in this important case and our Committee to Protect the National Day of Prayer.
