Jay, I recognize the unique and critically important challenge before us today, the need to acquire new lawyers, and to staff them, in four ACLJ offices in order to effectively answer the many threats to life and liberty we now face. As a member of the Law & Justice Council, I am standing with you to accomplish this critically important, strategic expansion of the ACLJs staff.

A Tax-Deductible gift today will be matched, dollar for dollar, by a group of ACLJ Members. Every $10 gift becomes $20 for the work of the ACLJ.
Starting in 2026, you can deduct up to $1,000 ($2,000 for couples) in charitable gifts even if you take the standard deduction. Not tax advice; please consult your tax advisor.
