President Obama and his Administration has taken a bold step in submitting Arizona's immigration law, which protects the state's borders and citizens, to international review.

The U.S. Department of State has filed a report with the United Nations Human Rights Council specifically citing the AZ law as an example of a human rights problem in America.

This unprecedented effort represents the latest example of President Obama's disturbing philosophy of placing the United States under international review.

The ACLJ has produced a detailed legal memo about this issue. It is posted here.
