The ACLJs multi-front strategy for the sake of the unborn ... and for the sake of your constitutional freedoms ... is continuing at full strength, and the support of members like you helps make it all possible. We are:

• Communicating directly with existing and newly-elected Members of Congress on a daily basis in order to repeal President Obamas health care reform law
• Fighting for the protection of unborn babies in the health care battle in our own lawsuit, Mead v. Holder, and in other cases nationwide
• Working to stop the pro-abortion lobby and fraudulent overbilling at taxpayer expense in the case of Gonzalez v. Planned Parenthood of Los Angeles
• Standing up at the Supreme Court of the United States to support Arizona in efforts to stop illegal immigration in Chamber of Commerce v. Whiting
