The provision ultimately was removed and now pro-abortion organizations like the National Abortion Federation are urging the White House to restore that provision which would provide hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for contraception and abortion.
Thats a troubling pattern developing here. And it likely reflects what most certainly will be an ongoing battle to determine the appropriate use of taxpayer funds.
