End the Abortion-Pill Mandate if Elected

End the Abortion-Pill Mandate if Elected

The HHS mandate is clear: everyone who pays for health insurance must pay for the abortion pill.  This is unconstitutional. The ACLJ is leading the legal fight to stop it, and we are ready to fight all the way to the Supreme Court.

However, the next President of the United States could simply direct his Administration to end this regulation.  We are petitioning both candidates, explaining why the mandate is unconstitutional and urging them to end it if elected.  Please sign our petition to the candidates today.

End the Unconstitutional Abortion-Pill Mandate

To:    President Obama and Governor Romney

The HHS mandate requiring people of faith to pay for the abortion pill is a violation of their religious liberty and is unconstitutional.  If you are elected the next President of the United States, please end this mandate the day you are sworn into office.

About a month ago, we discussed five critical failures of the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as ObamaCare. Supreme Court Again Rewrites ObamaCare

By Jay Sekulow1435247432884

It’s a troubling and disappointing decision by the Supreme Court. Today’s 6-3 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court backing the Obama Administration’s health care law – granting taxpayer subsidies not authorized by Congress in order to save the flawed law – did not interpret the law. The majority...
