The HHS mandate is clear: everyone who pays for health insurance must pay for the abortion pill.  This is unconstitutional. The ACLJ is leading the legal fight to stop it, and we are ready to fight all the way to the Supreme Court.

The HHS mandate requiring people of faith to pay for the abortion pill is a violation of their religious liberty and is unconstitutional.  If you are elected the next President of the United States, please end this mandate the day you are sworn into office.
